A colour photograph of the child is included within the story:

A photo is NOT essential to your personalised book - but we highly recommend including one.

The very best results come from 'studio' type photos with plain backgrounds - for example a school photo or professional portrait.

But DON'T WORRY - snaps are fine. We've dealt with all sorts and made them look good!

Also don't worry if your photo contains more than one person - just tell us which one is the star and we can zoom in on them.

If sending by post:

Any size photo, from passport up to A4 is fine.

(We will scan the photo and adapt it to the right size and shape.)

Your original will be returned unharmed.

If sending digitally:

File Format: preferably jpeg or pict

Resolution: 300 dpi (but 72 dpi is OK)

Size: ideally about 8cm high

Leave some space around the subject so we can crop the image to the exact shape.
